Theatre and Conversation about Addiction

Free theatrical event about substance use disorder and its consequence as well as hope and recovery. Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program and the Boston Public Health Commission are co-sponsors.

The afternoon begins with a staged reading by professional actors of Eugene O'Neill's A Long Journey Into Night, an award-winning play about a family struggling with addiction. Following the reading, audience members will participate in a facilitated conversation about the issues raised by the play. People with experience with addiction encouraged to attend.
