Racing Towards a Cure: Virtual Racing Charity Event to Benefit Brain Cancer Research

In an effort to raise awareness and funds for brain cancer research, The Glioblastoma Research Organization (GBMRO) is hosting Speedway for Hope, a charity event where guests will race towards a cure by enjoying an evening of virtual racing, great company, and a shared mission to make a difference in the fight against glioblastoma. The event will take place on Friday, April 18, 2025, from 7 to 10 p.m. at the F1 Arcade located at 87 Pier 4 Boulevard in Boston.

Attendees will experience the fun of unlimited simulator play and enjoy delicious food and drinks. Tickets are priced at $65 per person and it includes two drinks and food. Whether you're a racing enthusiast or simply looking for a night of fun and philanthropy, this event is for everyone. 

Since its founding in 2018, GBMRO has raised over $2 million to fund research projects at leading cancer centers throughout the U.S. and Europe. Its founder, Amber Barbach, is a Forbes 2025 30 Under 30 recipient who founded GBMRO after losing her father to glioblastoma.
