Friday Night Lights: Dance Party 101

Dance Party 101 is fun, beginner friendly, and designed to help you feel comfortable, confident, and free on the dance floor. You'll learn popular party moves, grooves, and rhythms in a simple, approachable way so you can enjoy dancing without overthinking it.

We focus on musicality, body awareness, and learning how to move naturally to the music. No choreography pressure, no judgment, and no experience required. Just real movement, good energy, and a supportive environment.

Whether you are getting ready for a party, a wedding, a night out, or simply want to reconnect with movement, Dance Party 101 gives you the tools to dance with ease and joy anywhere you go. Following the lesson, we'll keep the party going with an open dance floor where you can keep your groove going in a low stakes, fun environment. We also have a small bar service of soft drinks, beer and wine!
